Dr. Macaluso graduated from UCLA with a bachelor of science degree in biology. She then began medical school at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico and continued her medical education at New York Medical College. She completed her family medicine residency at the Brooklyn Hospital Center where she was chief resident.
